Jerome Powell, 61, passed away May 24, 2012, peacefully in his home.

Jerome ran track at Devillbiss High School. He worked at Ohio Bell for many years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Powell, Sr.

He is survived by his children, Doriane, Dawn and Jerome, Jr. Powell; mother, Doris Hartfield; siblings, Shirley, Fredrick, Caroline and Cassandra Powell; granddaughter, Ariel Ruffin, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; special cousin and friend, Amos "Buster" Powell and special niece, Undria Powell.

Jerome enjoyed singing the old 60's and 70's Temptations music.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 4:00pm, at the House of Day Funeral Service.
