Kathleen Watkins, 57, was born July 24, 1954 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She passed away Friday, March 9, 2012 in Hospice of NW Ohio, Toledo. She was the oldest daughter of Francis and Harold Hughes. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she met Mark Watkins. They wedded and had three beautiful daughters, Wyanda, Michelle, and Marqule.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Francis Ward, daughters, Wyanda (Jason)Willis, Michelle (WT) Young, and Marqule (Marshall) Ware, two brothers, Harold & Horace Hughes; sisters, Rhonda Wilkerson and Elma Dee Roberson, 10 grandchildren and a host of other famiy and friends.

Her disposition will be private but family will receive friends for a repast on Sat. March 17, 2012 from 1:00p.m. -5:00p.m. at Local 500 on Ashland Ave.
