Josephine Tyson, 78, aka JoAnn,went home to her heavenly father on Monday, September 19, 2011, in Hearthland Holly Glenn Nursing Home.

She was born in Kilmichael, Mississippi on September 27, 1932 to Charlie Tyson and Nettie Sue McClain.

She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memories, brothers Arthur,Luke (Beatrice), of South Bend, IN, Henry (Mary) of Dayton, OH, and Anthony; sisters, Sally Lakes, South Bend, IN, Lela Armstead, of South Bend, IN, and Aslean (Wesley) James,of Memphis, TN. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Wake Friday, September 23, 2011 at 1:00 pm followed by funeral at 2:00 p.m. at The House of Day Funeral Service Chapel.
