Rayford Allen Hayward, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011, at the University of Toledo Medical College.

Born to the union of Uly Lee Hayward and Odessa (Maddox) Hayward, May 25, 1958.

He preceded is in death by both parents and three siblings.
