Marjorie Welch, 71, passed away January 15, 2011 in Toledo Hospital.

Surviving are her loving husband for over 51 years, W. Charles (Charlie Chuck); son, Charles B; daughters, Rosalind, Katrina (Andre) Welch-Bills, and Debra (Richard) Hogan, brother, Rev. Amos (Barbara) Chester, sister Thelma (James) Adams, 8 grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
