SCOTT Trina Renee (Emery) Trina Renee Scott (Emery), 50, departed this life to be with our Father in Heaven on Thursday, September 16, 2010, at St. Vincent's Hospital after a long battle with kidney disease. Trina was born on July 31, 1960 to George and Mary Emery. Trina was a homemaker and she loved, sewing, crocheting and knitting; but most of all she loved the Lord. Preceding her in death were her loving father, George (Pete) Emery and her grandmothers, Thelma Powell and Mammie Tillery. She was also a faithful member of Crusaders for Christ Holiness Church for the past 30 years. She is survived by her mother, Mary (Emery) Hardy; sons, Jose Rodney, Kevin Darron and Terrell; special grandchildren, Ahlazja and Ta'Kai; brothers, Roderick Jerome Adams and Edgar Emery; sisters, Yolanda Emery, Vivian Lipkins, Vonda Davis and Majorie Shaw; all of her loving nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives, friends and her church family. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 21 from 5-7 p.m. at the House of Day Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 22 at 9:30 a.m. at Crusaders for Christ Holiness Church, 910 Woodville Road, Bishop Joseph Mitchell, Jr. officiating.
