HILL "Cocoa Da Barber" Racole Ms. Racole "Cocoa Da Barber" Hill was born August 31, 1968, to the union of Samuel Lee Hill and Wyzette Franklin Hill. She departed this life suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, in Toledo, Ohio, at the age of forty-two. She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Hill and sister, Tammie Hill. She was a 1986 graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School where she was a member of the choir, played basketball, ran track and was affectionately named the class clown. She was a member of Cornerstone Church and the Isaiah Giving Foundation. Racole went on to become the most sought after barber in the city of Toledo. Her skills were immaculate and her services were sought by many. Her talents earned her the affectionate title of "Cocoa Da Barber". She was a barber/stylist at Kings and Queens Barber and Beauty Shop. Ms. Racole Hill leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Wyzette Hill; ex-husband, Greg Hannibal; sons, Keshawn Layson and Gregory Hannibal; daughter, Angela Hannibal; brothers, Tony (Verona) and Timothy Franklin of Toledo, Ohio and Tyrone (Veronica) Franklin of Cleveland, Ohio; sisters, Felicia Hill, Sandie Welch and Sonya Wenzler, all of Toledo, Ohio; aunt, Dorothy Wenzler; grandchild, Keshawn Layson, Jr.; special friends, Carvella Holmes, Nichelle 'Shon' Logan, Pam Suddeth, Mary Beal, Nalana Thompson and a host of other family and friends.
