<p>HAM Patricia "Momma Ham" Patricia "Momma Ham" Ham, age 62, departed this life on Saturday, June 26, 2010, at the Laurels of Toledo. She was born on June 5, 1948, in Evergreen, AL, to Sam Jones and Voncile Jacobs. Upon graduation in 1966 from Conecuh Co. Training school in Evergreen, AL, Pat migrated to Toledo, OH and continued her education at Owens Community College. She was later employed at Toledo Hospital as an Instrumental Surgical Technician until becoming disabled. Pat married Melvin Ham in 1968 and to this union one son was born. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Carol Jones and nephew, Justin Chapman. Pat leaves to cherish her memories, son, Marvin L. Ham; grandchildren, Marvin L. Ham, II and Mayla Ham of Canton, MI; two brothers, Donald and Henry Jones; sister, Madleline Jones and Lorraine Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends, and spcial neighbor Freddie Mae Miller (Momma Freddie). Family will receives visitors at House of Day Funeral Service, 2550 Nebraska Avenue, on Friday, July 2, 2010, from 6-8pm, Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Greater St. Mary's Church, 416 Belmont.</p>
