<p>Tare Lake was born February 20, 1933. He departed this life to be with the Lord on May 10, 2010, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 77.</p><p><br></p><p> Tare is is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lake, 2 sons, Calvin M. Conner and Charles M. Lake; 5 daughters, Terry G. Lake, Linda S. Ousley, Lynette D. Lake, Cheryl (Roosevelt) Hoskins, and Ratico J. Lake.</p><p><br></p><p> Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 15th at 11:00am preceded by a 10:00am Wake at Mt. Zion Church, 701 Vance St. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 14th at the House of Day Funeral Service, Interment Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.</p>
