<p>HOBBS-BALL Maxine Maxine Hobbs-Ball, 69, passed away in her home, Monday, February 15, 2010. She was born in Kruger, MS, to the union of Johnny and Willa Mae Hobbs Sr. on December 7, 1940. Surviving are her son, James Perry Ball; brothers, Paul (Viola), Silas, Joseph, Superintendent Johnny (Eleanore) Hobbs Jr. and Lue (Rose) Hobbs; sisters, Gloria Jean (Sherman) Powell, Gwendolyn Rivers-Hobbs and Willa Jean (Albert) Tilman, Ypsilanti, MI; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Wake Sunday, February 21, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Monday, February 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. all at St. John's COGIC, 2127 Sylvania Ave. Supt. Johnny Hobbs Jr., Officiating. Arrangements by the House of Day Funeral Service.</p>
