SHARPLEY Don Steven Sr. "Steve" Don Steven Sharpley Sr. "Steve", 53, passed away October 28, 2009. He was born in Toledo July 20, 1956, to Naomi Sharpley and Willie Colbert. He was educated in Toledo and employed as a maintenance man for Moody Manor, Control Data and Webstrand. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marines. Survivors include wife, Arletta; children, Stephanie and Don Steven Sharpley II, Jon, Ny'Asia, D'Angelo and Queen Sharpley; stepchildren, Anitra Houston and James Howard; mother, Naomi Sharpley; siblings, Douglas Hampton Sr., Carol Linzy, Leslye Colbert, Norman Sharpley, James, Robbin Sr., Robert Colbert and Yolanda Griswold; mother-in-law, Addie Wilkes; seven grandchildren; son-in-law, LaMarr Landry and former wife, Regina Sharpley. Services are Saturday, November 7 at Glass City Church of Christ 12:00 wake, 1:00 funeral. Minister Robert Birt Jr., officiant. House of Day is handling the services.
