She passed away, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, Saturday, April 4, 2009.</p><p> She attended Thomas Temple Church for over 25 years. She retired from St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center Human Resources Department with over 23 years of service. </p><p> She was married to Carley E. Ware in 1972 of Racine Wisconsin for 37 years.</p><p> She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Carley, daughters, Gina and Arlene jackson, Racine Wi, Sophia L.
