<p>Mother Adline Johnson was born in Greenwood, MS, May 10, 1921 to the union of Lula and Lucious Sherman. She departed this life Friday August 15, 2008 at the age of 87. She moved to Toledo in 1970 and united with Ebenezer Baptist Church under Elder J.L. Jordan where she served on the mother board. She was united in holy matrimony Dec. 12, 1939 to the love of her life, George Johnson (deceased).</p><p><br></p><p> Mother Johnson will live on in the hearts of her sons, George (Geniva) Johnson Chicago, ILL., Lucious (Jurlean) Johnson, Willie (Deloris) Johnson, &amp; Sam Johnson; daughters, Maggie Hood, Clara (Robert) Brown, Annie (Fred) Smith, Elizabeth (Willie) Banks, &amp; Eloise Graham all of Toledo; two sisters; special sister-in-law, Samella (Frank) Jones of Chicago, ILL.; fifty grandchildren; ninety great grandchildren; twenty great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Special thanks to Sherrie Swanson (health aid), Toledo Hosp. A-West Nursing Staff, and St. V’s ICU unit. </p><p><br></p><p> Funeral Services are Friday August 22, 2008, 1:00pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church, preceded by 12:00noon wake service. Pastor J.L.
