Georgianna Taylor, 91, affectionately known as "Granny" of Woodland Ave. passed away in The Laurels Nursing Home on May 21, 2008 after a lenghty illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillie Youong, husband, Williams Sr., step-son, William jr., step-daughter, Earnestine Dixon, sister, Ethel and brother James Yound She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Lillie Jones; sister, Elnora (Leon) Williams, brother, Albert Young; 12 grandchidren, Angela Jones-Woodard, Annette Sample, Anita Jones, Wanda (Aaron) Presberry, Woodie (Etha)Jones, Tamara Turner, Gail Turner, Harold Dixon Jr., Sharylana and Shiryra DixonBrady (Tracy) taylor, Mikalia (Larry) Almon, 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
