Betty Jo Parker, 88 years of age, died on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Mt Manor of Paintsville. She was known to many as the " Belle of the ball". She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie B. Parker and Rose Kathline Adkins and by two sons, Robert Andrew Latta and James Parker Latta. She is survived by her son: Cliff Latta III (Paula); Grandchildren: Holley and Adam Williamson; A host of nieces and nephews; her beloved dogs and cats that were more like her children to her than pets: Travis, Libby, Parker, Chloey, Sally, Pete, Opus and Elliott. The family will announce a memorial service at a later date.
