Jerry Wayne Steadman, 74, passed away at his home in Whitesburg on Saturday, November 19, 2022.  Jerry was a member of Russellville United Methodist Church. Jerry loved farming and tractor pulls and was a member of the East Tennessee Tractor Association.

He was preceded in death by his wife Susan Steadman; brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Rowena Steadman and his parents, Harry and Elnora Steadman.  

He is survived by his two daughters, Lynn Hamer (Jamie) and April Mauk (Chris); brother, Danny Steadman (Bonnie); grandchildren, Cole (Isabella Clevenger) Mauk and Brock Mauk; Adam, Emmalynn and Ellagrace Hamer; several special nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends, Andrew Dalton and Chris Orrick.

The family will receive friends from 5:00- 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 7:00 pm.    Graveside services will be10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2022, in Creech’s Chapel Church Cemetery in Whitesburg.
