ALEXANDRIA ~ Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Melancon Funeral Home of Arnaudville for Donald "T-Don" John Guidry, age 65, who passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Pinecrest Developmental Center in Alexandria.

Interment will be in St. Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. The Rev. Brian Taylor, pastor of St. Genevieve Catholic Church, will officiate at the services.

Mr. Guidry was a native of Arnaudville and a resident of Pinecrest State School of Pineville. He was a parishioner of St. Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville.

Survivors include five sisters, Rose G. Stoute and her husband, Noah, of Arnaudville, Marie Stelly of Arnaudville, Elsie Leger and her husband, Erick, of Sunset, Linda Quebedeaux of Arnaudville, and Lisa Ann Guidry of St. Paul, MN; and two brothers, Roy Guidry and his wife, Mona, of Arnaudville and Douglas Guidry of Gaylord, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John B. Guidry and the former Evelyn Knott; and two brothers, Larry Guidry and David Guidry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until service time on Wednesday.
