<p>George “Geo” Tellef Jorgensen was born on October 26, 1948 in Rockville Centre, New York to</p><p>Bertha and Karl Jorgensen. George is remembered as a good man. He was known for his love of</p><p>scratch-offs and sense of humor. He had a knack for woodworking and making people laugh.</p><p>George loved spending time with family and neighbors and getting together to play cornhole and</p><p>cards night. He was patriotic and proud of his service in the U.S. Navy. He also enjoyed the</p><p>years he was involved with the Sons of Norway to celebrate his Norwegian heritage. George will</p><p>meet his parents and sister Janet in Heaven. He was survived by his sister Carole, children</p><p>Jennifer, Thomas, and James, granddaughters Brianna, Summer, and Rebecca, and great-</p><p>grandsons Greyson and Ashton. He passed away on November 18, 2022 in Spring Hill, FL.</p><p>George’s life was commemorated with military funeral honors and a trinity dove release on</p><p>November 28, 2022 at Florida National Cemetery.</p>
