Mrs. Effie Alexander was born September 29, 1922 to the late Sam and Lizzie Loud in Madison, Florida. She worked professionally at Lakeland Hospital in the Environmental Services Division for many years. She was married to the late Howard J. Alexander who preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving family her son, Howard J. Alexander, 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, siblings, and a host of other relatives and friends.
