It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and oma on Wednesday, November 16th.

Mom was born on April 9th, 1934, in Topcza, Ukraine and emigrated to Canada on October 31, 1948.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Herbert.

Left to mourn her passing is her son George Butz; daughters Katherine (Jason), Allison (Eric), daughter Monica Preteau (Michel) daughters Lindsay (Jacques), Reena (Leo), Bridgette (Braydon), and seven great-grandchildren: Caleb, Seth, Mikaella, Brielle, Tessa, Cohen and Codie.

Pallbearers will be her five granddaughters and great-granddaughter, Mikaella.

Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 23rd at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 65 Walnut Street.

Interment at Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue.
