INFANT KEVIN MICHAEL CASSEL

Kevin Michael Cassel was born into the arms of angels on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 7:48

p.m. at the Berry Pavilion Women’s Center of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Baby

Kevin was the cherished son of Jason Michael and Tricia Marie (Rhodehamel) Cassel of Huber

Heights, Ohio. He was born at 22 weeks and weighed 8 ounces and was 7 inches long.

Although Baby Kevin never spent any time on earth, he was very much loved, wanted, and will

never be forgotten by his parents.

He was greeted in Heaven by many family members including his grandfather and namesake,

Kevin Douglas Rhodehamel. He is mourned on earth by his parents, Jason and Tricia; his

paternal grandparents, Dean and Wanda Cassel of Vandalia, and his maternal grandmother,

Vickie Rhodehamel of Arcanum. He is also mourned by paternal great-grandparents, Mildred

and James Handy of Englewood, Ronald and Deanna Hazlett of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and

maternal great-grandmother, Lois Troutwine of Arcanum. His memory is also treasured by

many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of

the family with Pastor Rick Shepherd. Arrangements are being handled by Baker-Hazel &

Snider of Dayton, Ohio.

Jason and Tricia would like to personally thank the nurses, physicians and the social workers at

the hospital who shared all their love, compassion, and support during this very rough time. In

lieu of flowers, Jason and Tricia request donations be sent to the funeral home for the purchase
