Winifred Helen Kortes, passed away November 6, 2022 at the age of 103. She was born on July 9, 1919 in Portland, Michigan, the daughter of Edward and Helena Keusch. Win was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church in Ft Myers, Florida.

Preceding Winifred in death are her parents; husband, Russell Kortes, Sr.; son, Russell Kortes, Jr.; sister, Marjorie Hogan; brothers, Thomas Keusch, Edward Keusch, and Charles Keusch. She is survived by many nieces and nephews of the Keusch and Kortes Family. She will also be greatly missed by Vern Murphy and his family.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Mike Alber at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2022 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Portland. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass at the church. Rite of Committal will be at Portland Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes.
