William Jun King

<p>Jun King was born on November 23, 1966 to Barbara King-Brown and Saul Walker, I. Jun received his education in the Trenton Public School system and graduated from Trenton Central High School in 1984:- After his first year at Trenton State College, Jun enrolled in the United States Air Force where he served from 1985-1989. His tenure in the military awakened what became a lifelong love for telecommunications and travel.&nbsp; </p><p>Jun's Air Force experience in Communication Systems placed his career on the fast track to Engineering. From AT&amp;T and Bell Atlantic in the late 1990's to his almost 11 years at Comcast Business, Jun's work was always heavily rooted in network operations and system implementation.&nbsp; </p><p>While Jun's home-base was Trenton (or Funky town USA as he would say), his journey led him to countless amazing places. Be it military service in Greece or work contracts in Canada, he experienced many of the treasures this world had to offer. Jun was adventurous, convivial, and always on the move. As a true night owl and lover of driving, there was no destination too far or road trip too long.&nbsp; </p><p>Jun had an all-embracing presence as evidenced by his diverse friend groups and ongoing engagement in various activities. His upbringing was steeped in community service and played an integral role in how he grew to enjoy many interests. He had numerous hobbies including mentorship, motorcycles, poetry, and drag racing. Most recently, he began pursuing stand-up comedy storytelling where he explored his admiration for humor and people. Jun was a change agent in his hometown and invested much of his time in the bicycling community advocating for safe road usage. He was an active member of the Trenton Cycling Revolution and enjoyed building bicycles in his spare time. His big laugh and warm smile matched the even bigger heart he shared with so many people. Jun King's life is certainly one well lived.&nbsp; </p><p>Jun is preceded in death by his beloved Mother Barbara Jean King-Brown; Father Saul Walker, I.; Stepfather Donald Brown; Aunts Donna, Pamela Jo, and Regina.&nbsp; </p><p>He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Jun (Clyde) Broderick and Paije King; Sister Lisa Dean King; Niece Chandler Rainear; Uncle Ernest Siplin, Jr.; a host of other relatives and friends.&nbsp; </p><p>Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure<br> You are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>Funeral service will be 11am Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Calvary Pentecostal Church,&nbsp;471 Parkway Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618.&nbsp; Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be private.  </p>
