Guy E. Cowan, 61, of Perrysburg, NY entered into rest June 23, 2019. He was born March 1, 1958 in Buffalo NY to the late Donald and Margaret Cowan. Guy is survived by his siblings Dawn (David) Rogers and Todd Cowan, all his WNYDDSO Family at Pinecrest in Perrysburg and several nieces and nephews.
