Mrs. Troy Lavelle Voss Pointer
<p>Funeral service for Mrs. Troy Lavelle Voss Pointer, 83, of Anniston, will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Anniston First Wesleyan Church. Pastor Steve Sparks and Chaplain Dale Hollingsworth will be officiating. Burial will follow the service in Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at the church.</p><p>Mrs. Pointer passed away at her home in Anniston on November 5, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, of 45 years, Ralph Pointer; children, John Pointer and Cathy Green; parents, Troy Voss and Beatrice Tollison; sisters, Faye Isbell and Wanda Tollison; brother, Richard Voss.</p><p>She is survived by her daughters, Regina Green and Dedra Fondren (Stanley); 12 grandchildren, Christy, Amanda, Misty, Charlotte, Kim, Philip, Shane, Carlee, Johnathan, Justin, Jessica and Harley; 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren; numerous beloved nieces and nephews; sister, Diann Barnett (Lynn); brother, Donald Tollison; sister in laws, Peggy Lindsey (Harold) and Jody Cole (William.)</p><p>Mrs. Pointer was a devoted wife, mother and Granny. She was a lifelong Christian and member of the Anniston Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed taking care of her family and cooking wonderful meals. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting and puzzles. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and her loyal dog, Sissy.</p><p>Pallbearers will be grandsons.</p><p><br></p>Obituary
