Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She lived life to the fullest. Phyllis and Skip always liked to do their traveling by motorcycle or RV. They traveled the country and Alaska, there were some south of the border travels by plane though the motorcycle was their transportation of choice for most of their years. She was always quick to offer up food, drink, conversion, or whatever she had that she thought you might need or appreciate. She loved the outdoors and that could be seen in her gardens throughout the years, be it food or flowers. Phyllis often expressed herself through her crafts and hobbies. In her free time she almost always had a hook and some yarn in her hands. She loved to make a baby blanket for a friend or relatives new born. Phyllis made custom dish towels, scarfs, mittens, hats and much more. She was always helping out others in need. Phyllis herself could make due in the leanest and hardest of times and what a great life's lesson she taught. She will fondly be remembered, missed and loved by all who knew her. Phyllis will live on through those people with memories and lessons she shared so selflessly. Now joined by family and friends may she live in peace with love.
