<p>Farmington- Jimmie Lou (Tilghman) Rodgers, 96, of Farmington, (formerly of Live Oak, Florida), passed away peacefully at 8:20 PM on Saturday, October 29,2022 at Courtyard Estates of Farmington. She was born on August 16, 1926 in Mississippi, a daughter of Perkins and K. Clyde (Denley) Tilghman. She married William L. Rodgers on February 15, 1947 in Canada. He preceded her in death on May 22, 2006.</p><p><br></p><p>Also preceding her in death are her parents, and one brother, Wayne Tilghman.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are several nieces, nephews, and cousins, who cherish their memories with her.</p><p><br></p><p>Jimmie and William, resided in Florida, all of their married years, where they enjoyed and shared the love of traveling, sunsets, dancing, and country music.</p><p><br></p><p>Per Jimmie’s wishes, there will be no services, cremation rites will be accorded through Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home in Farmington.
