Carlos Edward Spencer, 63 0f 129 Hill Street, Engelhard, NC, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at his home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Mattamuskeet High School -60 Juniper Bay Road, Swan Quarter, NC. Pastor Larry Shelton will officiate, and the burial will follow in Ada & Brown Memorial Cemetery, Engelhard, NC. A viewing for the public will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
