Rick Allen Huffman, 70, of Claremont passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022. He was born October 28, 1951 in Catawba County the son of the late Chat Huffman and Betty Sue Davis Huffman. He was employed in the heating and air conditioning industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charlie Huffman and his first wife, Kathy Hoke Huffman.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

Wife: Donna Beaver Huffman of the home

Daughters: Savannah Huffman and husband, Aaron of Claremont and Olivia Huffman and Kendra Bonella of Maryland

Stepson: Chad Newton of Conover

Grandsons: Blake and Jake Huffman of Claremont

Granddaughter: Ava Newton of Conover

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in Burke Mortuary Chapel-Newton with Pastor Don Sigmon officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. at the Funeral.
