Sigrid Anna Stinson, age 84, passed away September 27, 2022.  She was born in Sonneberg, Germany on August 19, 1938 to the late Hans and Charlotte Ehrhardt.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Stinson, and her siblings, Gudrun, Hans, and Horst.  She and Wesley were married in 1958 while he was serving in the Air Force overseas.  They eventually made a home at their farm in Bethpage after Wesley retired in the 1980’s.  It was there Sigrid had a love for farming and growing hay.  She loved her family, and was most fond of her cats.  She survived by her son, Walter (Charlotte) Stinson, and daughter Karen Stinson; step-grandchildren, Kyra Gailis, Aleysa Garvey, and Altyn Ferguson, and five step-great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be at Crestview Funeral Home Saturday October 1 from 11 am until time of service at 2pm.  Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens.
