<p>Geneva Mae Perry Payton Barker, age 86, of Hwy 7,West Liberty, KY passed away Tuesday, September 27,2022 in the Elliott Co. Nursing Home, Sandy Hook, KY. Born January 12,1936 in Morehead, KY to the late Emmett Perry and Anna Alice Cottle Perry. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. </p><p>Surviving are two daughters, Frances Aileen Perry & Larry, Eva Mae Elliott & David, two sons, Robert Dean Payton & Colleen, George Wesley “Buddy” Payton, thirteen grandchildren, Malissa, Samantha, Jennifer, Dean, Davy, Kasandra, Curtis, Tish, Keisha, Michael, Wesley, Haley, Erica, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great great grandson, two sisters, Bonnie Gambill & Donnie, Connie Brown, one brother, Jimmy Perry. </p><p>Preceded in death by her parents, Emmett Perry & Anna Alice Cottle Perry, two husbands, George Wesley Payton Sr. & Willie J. Barker, two sons, Reginale (Gene) & Emmitt Payton, daughter, Mary Alice Payton, grandson, Joshua Dean Payton, granddaughter, Amy Nicole Payton Reeves, three sisters, Nannie Peck, Barbara Murphy & Bernice Gilliam, five brothers, Harold, Ernest, Ronnie, J.D. & Charles Perry. One great-granddaughter Daisy Mae Wright. </p><p>Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Friday, September 30,2022 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Vernon Lewis officiating. Interment in Perry & Payton Cemetery, West Liberty, KY. Visitation start at 6:00pm, Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty ,KY.
