Greta Ann (Locke) Lynch, 92, of Litchfield, NH died Saturday, September 24, 2022, a day after her birthday party where family and friends were by her side.

Born September 23, 1930, in Nashua, NH she was the daughter of the late William Arthur and Gladys Anna (Horne) Locke. Greta was a graduate of Nashua High School, Nashua, NH. She was the wife of Arthur Thomas Lynch, of Litchfield of whom she married on December 30, 1953.

Mrs. Lynch was a town clerk and tax collector for the Town of Litchfield for twenty years. She also worked for various other places over the years to include Kmart, Hannaford, Doehla Greeting Cards, and the farm. Greta was also very involved with the Town of Litchfield as she has been a lifelong resident.

Greta enjoyed her daily nighttime shows of Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, playing cards, word searches, Bingo, pokeno, and visits from family and friends.

Mrs. Lynch was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Thomas Lynch, her sister Charlotte K. (Locke) Hayes, brother-in-law Frank P. Hayes, her sister-in-law, Patricia A. Lynch-Moylan, brother-in-law, Joseph Moylan, her sister-in-law, Mildred Lynch, brother-in-law, Albert J. Lynch, and sister-in-law Joan Lynch.

Survivors include her three children, Kevin A. Lynch and his wife Pauline, Anne P. Lynch, and Christopher Lynch and his wife Cathy; seven grandchildren, Charlana Bolianites-Bilodeau, Sabrina Bolianites, Angela Fredette, Julie Naish and husband Phillip, Nicholas Lynch and wife Leah, Caitlin Lynch, and Colton Lynch; four great-grandchildren, Tyler Fredette, Mason Fredette, Mackenzie Naish, and Campton Bilodeau; her brother-in-laws Thomas Lynch and Father Edward Lynch; as well as many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday September 28, 2022, from 5 – 8 PM at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. A memorial service will be held on Thursday September 29, 2022, at 3:00 PM at the Litchfield Presbyterian Church, 259 Charles Bancroft Hwy, Litchfield, NH 03052.
