<p>Mr. Ruben Palacios, age 67 of Fort Payne and formerly of El Salvador, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 6pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at a later date in El Salvador.
