On Friday, September 16, 2022, Robert Ernest Doyle, Jr., loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away in Denver, CO at the age of 78.

Bob was born on August 3, 1944 in Lynchburg, Virginia to Robert Ernest Doyle, Sr. and Florence Dabney Doyle of McKenney, Virginia.  He received his bachelor's degree from Hampden- Sydney College in 1966 and worked in the insurance industry in Charlottesville, VA for over 20 years. Prior to that he was a high school math teacher and women's basketball coach at Crewe High School. Bob and his wife Janice Jessee Doyle were married for 55 years and raised two daughters, Ann Doyle Spraker (David) of Dallas, TX and Susan Doyle Westberry (Ryan) of Denver, CO.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Ernest, and his mother, Florence. He is survived by his wife Janice, his two daughters, Ann and Susan, and his three grandchildren, Dabney Paige Spraker, Mary Katherine Spraker, and Maeson Marie Westberry.
