<p>Joe H. Paiz Jr., 65, of Midland, TX entered his forever home on September 18, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born February 3, 1957 to the late Jose Paiz Sr. and Margarita Holguin Paiz in Midland, TX. Joe was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School where he played the saxophone in the band. Joe loved music.</p><p><br></p><p>Joe's interest were fixing cars, crafting with his hands and creating beautiful woodwork furniture! There were those times where completing his project found a few extra parts, however he never said no to trying! Joe was an avid Cowboys fan! His Cowboys played and won the day he left this Earth, we are sure he had the best seat ever and watched that win with a huge smile! </p><p><br></p><p>Joe cherished his family! He was a proud father and grandfather to his "pencils" as he called his children because they were the artist on his blank canvas. </p><p><br></p><p>Left to cherish his memory will be his children; Robert Paiz, Melissa Chandler, Elizabeth Armendariz, Tiffany Jo Paiz, and Jesus Paiz, nine grandchildren; Robert Paiz Jr., Lindsay Paiz, Angel Chandler, Mercedez Chandler, Nathaniel Chandler, Kaitlyn Chandler, Brooklyn Armendariz, Jordyn Fuentes and Mikayla Fuentes, brother, Joe Henry Paiz and five sisters; Anna Stark, Delia Carruth, Lucie Valles, Alicia Read, and Corena Buendia.</p><p>He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Margarita Paiz.</p><p><br></p><p>A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 1:00pm at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel.
