Norman Richard Williams, 81, of Odenton, passed away at his home on September 17, 2022. He was born in Baltimore to the late Phillip and Edna Williams. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School and retired from Northrup Grumman after more than 40 years of service. He enjoyed puzzles, playing BINGO and was an avid Ravens and Orioles fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip Williams.

Norman is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Janet; loving children, Cindy Williams and Richard Williams; dear son-in-law and daughter-in-law, Todd While and Briget Williams; and cherished grandchildren, Christopher Williams, Nicole Snyder, Madison Williams and David Teneyuque.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services on Monday, September 26th, at 11 AM. A time of gathering will be held immediately prior from 10 AM - 11 AM.  Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. Donations may be made in his name to Grace Pointe Community Church, 61 Gambrills Road, Severn, MD 21144.
