<p>MAMOU – It is with great sadness that the family of Aaron Todd Savant announces his passing in Mamou on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the age of 60. A celebration of his life will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the home of Garry Reed (1012 East Street, Mamou, Louisiana). </p><p>Aaron Todd Savant, a lifelong resident of Mamou, was born on July 28, 1962 to Eurven and Eura Mae Young Savant. Todd enjoyed life to its fullest and spent much of his free time hunting and fishing. Todd was a huge sports fan and although he supported LSU, the Miami Dolphins were his number one team to cheer for. Todd worked offshore his entire working career on the production side of the industry. In his later years, he enjoyed having and attending suppers with friends. Even though his time with family and friends ended too soon, the memories they shared will live in their hearts forever. </p><p>Todd leaves behind his daughter, Brittany Savant; son, Michael Chet Savant; sister, Sheila Savant Ardoin; grandson, Sebastian Smith; and brother-in-law, Garry Reed. </p><p>Gone before him are his parents, Eurven and Eura Mae Young Savant; sister, Phyllis Savant Reed; and brother-in-law Connie Mack Fuselier. </p><p>Family and friends may leave condolences for the family at www.ardoinfuneralhomes.com. </p><p>Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou has been entrusted with arrangements. </p><p> </p>July 28, 1962 - September 9, 202207/28/196209/09/2022
