Francis Gordon Marshall, 87, of Mapleville, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the long-time companion of Barbara M. (Miller) Wayland. Born in Glendale, he was the son of the late Francis E. and Florence (McKinnon) Marshall.

Gordon worked for the Burrillville DPW for many years. He also ran and operated a convenience store in Nasonville.

Besides Barbara, he is survived by a brother, Vaughn Marshall of North Smithfield and a sister, Linda Longerich of Blaine, WA.

Visitation and funeral service for Gordon will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10 AM to 12 PM with a service at 12 Noon in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Burrillville Animal Shelter, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830
