Funeral Services for Mr. Alton Ray "Corky" Clour, Jr., 74, of Tulsa are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Milo Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Johnston officiating. Interment will follow to Mount Olivet Cemetery in Pauls Valley, OK. Services are under the direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Corky was born March 8, 1948 at Anadarko to the late Mr. Alton Ray Clour, Sr. and Mrs. Vera Irene (Moody) Clour. He departed this life on Wed. August 17, 2022 at a healthcare facility in Ada.

Corky was raised primarily at Liberal, KS graduating from high school there in 1966. He then attended college for 1 year before starting a lifelong career in the oilfield industry which moved him all over the world before he settled back at Ratliff City working for Clour's Well Service. Later he resided in Turpin, OK and finally moving back to Liberal, KS before his health failed. Corky had lived a short while in Topeka before moving in with his son Greg at Tulsa. Corky liked to fish, loved golfing, but was not very good. He enjoyed visiting his children and loved being with his family. Corky was always very family oriented and was a huge sports fan especially of the OU Sooners.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, Cherie Elaine Clour.

Corky is survived by his children, Tammy Colvin of Arizona, Tricia Uribe of Pauls Valley and Greg Clour and wife Christie of Tulsa; brothers, Casey Clour and wife Charlene of Lone Grove and Tracy "Red" Clour and wife Gayla of Springer; grandchildren, Geoffrey, Alyssa, Matthew Colvin, Justin Clour, Aiden and Athena Clour; and a host of other family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Kyle Clour, Ryan Clour, Eric Clour, Geoffrey Colvin, Matthew Colvin, and Justin Clour.

Honorary bearers will be Niki Jennings, Staci Smith, Alyssa Colvin, Aiden Clour and Athena Clour.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 2-4 P.M. at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.
