Juanita “Janie” Guerra, 69 of Runge, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born June 12, 1953, to the late Damacio and Francisca Garces Dominguez in Runge, Texas. Janie loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Janie is survived by sons, Mark Guerra and wife Stephanie, Harold Guerra and wife Lydia, Richard Guerra, and Frank Guerra; daughter, Alma Guerra; brothers, Damacio Dominguez Jr., and Raymond Dominguez; sister, Josie Esparza; 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Juan Dominguez.

Visitation will be Monday, August 15, 2022, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in Runge. A Rosary will be recited 9:30am Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at Finch Funeral Chapel in Runge. Funeral Service will follow at 10:00am also at Finch Funeral Chapel. A private Interment will be held at a later date.
