<p><strong>Sherry Lynn Sibert, 53, born August 1, 1969, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 with her family by her side. </strong></p> <p><strong>Sherry was loved by many and was a very giving person. She had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She was an avid animal lover and she was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. </strong></p> <p><strong>Sherry is survived by her parents, Elizabeth Nance, and Harold Sibert; her children, Ashley and Jessie Sibert; siblings, Trisa (Denny) Robinson, Brian (Michele) Sibert, and Tammy (Gary) Schneider, 2 nieces, and 5 nephews. </strong></p> <p><strong>Memorial contributions can be made to the Jeffersonville Animal Shelter, 201 Willinger Lane, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Mama Sherry was a wonderful person, thatvI was lucky to have met. In times of desperation or deep sorrow I could always talk to her. Though no relation she never treated me like a stranger. A living mom and a darn good friend. You are missed mama.

Worked a couple of years with Sherry at Ind Downs. Used to look forward to her stories and her delivery of said stories. Rest easy, Lady.
