Kathy Alice Briggeler, 61, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022 at her home. Kathy was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 3, 1961 to the late Otto and Mary Frances (Kerr) Briggeler. She worked in retail as a sales associate for many years. Kathy was a music enthusiast and loved to read. She loved her dogs, Spike and Maggie May. Kathy was known as the "cool" aunt by her nieces and nephews. She never met a stranger and always made friends wherever she went. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. Kathy is survived by her sisters, Mary Chandler (Tony) of Evansville, IN, and Karen Morgan (Randy) of Newburgh, IN; brother, Otto Briggeler (Lois) of Owensville, IN; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents. No services will be held at Browning Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to It Takes a Village, 1417 N. Stockwell Rd., Evansville, IN 47715.
