She was in her 84th year.

Sonja Ann Thomason, born Sonja Ann Breuer on March 20, 1938, in Eygelshoven, Netherlands spent most of her younger years in Germany with her mother and father, Elizabeth Rössler and Joahann Breuer. Sonja remarried on February 1, 1980, to James Irving Thomason, who was retired military and also worked for the U.S. government as a civilian.
