Milford—Jill Elizabeth Sapp passed away on August 5, 2022, after a battle with cancer. She is survived by her mother Jean Neibert, her two sons Isaac Sapp and wife Sue, Nathan Sapp and partner Amanda. Six grandchildren, Jonah Parisi, Ethan Sapp, Allison Parisi, Caleb Sapp, Finnegan Sapp and Harrison Sapp. A son-in-law Tony Parisi and a brother Joseph Neibert and his wife Gail. Jill was preceded in death by her father Robert John Neibert, her husband Robert Henry Sapp, her beloved daughter Amanda Parisi, a brother Jack Robert Neibert, and mother-in-law and father-in-law Ruth and Dewey Sapp. She loves her family. Jill’s family thank Etta and Eugene Mills for their prayers and love and blessings during this difficult time. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 N.W. Front Street, Milford, DE 19963. A Celebration of Life will take place at 1:00 PM in the Chapel. In lieu of flower contributions in memory of Jill Elizabeth Sapp, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
