On August 6, 2022 Franklin Owings Baker, Sr., of Ellicott City, MD., beloved husband of the late Anna R. (Mitchell) Baker, loving father of Franklin O. Baker, Jr. and his wife Beverly and David M. Baker and his wife Kathy, cherished grandfather of Diana Baker, Kristina Tenney and her husband Scott, Michael Baker and his wife Samantha and Cody Baker, great grandfather of Brayden, Liam, Blake, Clara, Samson, Reed and Makayla.
