<p>Stephen Kass passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Peace Care at St. Joseph’s with his loving family at his bedside. Stephen was born in Jersey City to the late Carmela (nee: Corio) and Steven Kass, and was a lifelong resident.</p> <p>Mr. Kass was employed by the Jersey City Department of the Public Works in the maintenance department.</p> <p>He is survived by his devoted sons, Jason and Keith Kass; ; his former wife, Catherine (nee: Wohltman) Kass; his dear siblings, Elizabeth, Angela, James and John; and several loving nieces and nephews.</p> <p>A private cremation was held. The ashes of Mr. Kass will be interred at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City on August 10, 2022 at 11:30.am.</p>October 13, 1956 - August 4, 202210/13/195608/04/2022
