Bobbie D. Davis

Bobbie D Davis (83), passed away August 4, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

Bob was a life long resident of Cuyahoga Falls. He graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School. From there he worked for the United States Postal Service for 51yrs, finally retiring in 2009. Bob also worked as a part time Police Officer for Peninsula, a park ranger, a security guard for Geauga Lake, an umpire and coach to name a few.

Bob never met a stranger. His greatest joys were his children and grandchildren whom he loved spending time with.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ida (step mother Pearl); his twin brother, Billie; brothers, George (Rosemary), Harry (Jean), JR; nephews, Mike and Stephen.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Ellen, of 53 years; his son, Daniel; his daughter, Beth (Terry)Sands; son, Ted (Chrissy); daughter, Shannon Davis and son Brian. His grandchildren DJ (Hope), Jake, Mitchell, Nolan, Garrett, Kammie, Grady, Brennan, Max, Ellie and Kate; 3 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 9 from 11am - 1pm at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, a funeral service will begin at 1pm, with interment to follow immediately after at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be to Special Olympics Ohio.
