Allie Marie Posekany passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 79 in Sparta, TN.

 She was born in Sparta, TN on April 24, 1943, to the late Fred and Florence Parks.

 She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Richard Posekany and L.T. Gibbs; daughter, Loretta Gibbs; grandsons, Ezekiel Young, Daniel Young; sisters, Jessie Vaughn, Dixie Cunningham, Tennie Spivey; brothers, Sonny Parks, Henry Parks, Buster Parks.

 She is survived by her daughters, Judy Barnes Cookeville, Sarah Lynn Gibbs Cookeville, Roberta Burton Sparta; son, Stanley Gibbs Sparta; granddaughters, Andi Burton, Erica Burton, Rebecca Bradbury; Grandson, Jasper Burton Wilson.

Arrangements:

The family will accept visitors on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.

 Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Thurman Funeral Home. Interment will be at New Bon Air Cemetery.
