Beeman of Cedar Springs, MI, (formerly of Kent City), age 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 5, 2022. She was born to Donald and Delores Santos on March 25, 1937, in Grand Rapids, MI. </p><p style="line-height:1.3;color:#404F57;font-size:19pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;">Carol is survived by her children, Linda Twiest, James (Sarah) Beeman Jr., Brenda (Craig) Cole, and Peggy (Al) Neeley; 9 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. </p><p style="line-height:1.3;color:#404F57;font-size:19pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;">She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, James C. Beeman; infant son, Joseph Arthur Beeman; and siblings, Barbara Mooney and Carmen Reinink.</p><p style="line-height:1.3;color:#404F57;font-size:19pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;">The family would like to thank Spectrum Health Hospice for their care and compassion towards Carol. </p><p style="font-size:19pt;color:#404F57;margin:0;">The funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, August 12<sup>th</sup>, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sparta Church of the Nazarene, 665 13 Mile Rd. NW, Sparta, MI 49345. Pastor Jerry Batterbee officiating. Interment in Idlewild Cemetery, Kent City. Friends may meet the family at the church on Thursday, August 11<sup>th</sup>, 2022, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Friday at the Church 1 hour prior to the service.
