Margie A. Morrow (nee Summers), 65, of Wakeman, died Friday, August 5, 2022 at her home after a lengthy illness.

 

She was born August 30, 1956 in Ohio and had been a Wakeman resident for the past 37 years.

 

She graduated from Firelands High School class of 1975 .

 

Margie worked for Ford Automotive Plant as an assembler retiring in 2019  after 27  years.

 

She was a member of the UAW.  She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters, going to her granddaughter's horse shows and sporting events, swimming, mowing her grass, and her pets.  

 

She is survived by her daughter, Patty (David) Henry of Wakeman, granddaughters, Alyssa and Valery Henry of Wakeman,  and several nieces, nephews, and her cousins

 

She was preceded in death by her son, Chad Morrow;  parents, Everett and Dorothy (nee Cramer) Summers, her brothers, Larry L. Summers, and Douglas H Summers, and sister, Tammy Beetler.

 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at  12 noon, at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.  The Reverend Jim Cooper will  officiate.  Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.  

 

The family suggests memorial contributions to Cancer Research Institute Lung Cancer, 29 Broadway, Floor 4 New York, NY 10006-3111.
